This objective of this website is to inspire people like us, wanting to design and build their own stylish and the environmentally friendly home. This site is an on-going study and collation of style, design and technology whilst researching and planning the build of our next home.
We are not eco-warriors and we do plan to make some concessions to the materials and technology available. Our plan is to use technology to minimise the impact of our home on the environment though, whilst using natural and renewable materials as far as possible.
This site also captures some of our experiments and projects undertaken whilst planning our new build. It's very much work in progress for now but, will evolve over the coming months as our ideas and plans are refined. A lot of the ideas and products are also currently being tried and tested in our current home.
Whilst this site has our new build in mind, a lot of the technology, products and services featured can be added and used in your existing home. This site has only just been started and will be progressing rapidly over the coming months, so please come back soon.
